「房間、整體氛圍都很好，」

「Booked a king room with city view and was provided with a room facing away from the city. When we alerted the front desk we were told “technically it’s a city view, just a different city.” We insisted we paid for a room with a city view of Manhattan and they agreed to change the room the following day.」

「各方面都很好。只是有天早上火警鍾誤鳴，沒有任何指示，客人都很徬徨」

「All is good! I really like it!」

「空调很吵 早餐有点差 马桶盖上有灰尘和头发 好在地理位置非常不错」

「two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,」

「Very clean」

「easy access area」

「Amazing location! It was better than expected honestly. We stayed on the 8th floor which was above the nearby building so we were able to look north at the Empire State Building. Beautiful!」
