Staff was extremely personable and helpful. They held our bags for us so that we could explore before our room was ready. Rooms were chic and modern and clean. Location was amazing with 3 different subway stops within walking distance. Close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Absolutely would stay here again!!

The room was tidy and clean (except carpet). It was good space by NY standards and the bathroom was more than big enough and clean. Shame that the elevator was broken during our stay but the room on a lower floor was not really an issue. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful.

Excellent place!

The hotel is very comfortable and has a lot of perks that makes you feel special. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent, so was the breakfast the following day.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near many cafes, a few small grocery stores, and a Walgreens. Access to the subway is just a block away. The restaurant in the hotel offers good food and a breakfast promotion. We experienced some confusion about the breakfast plan. We also had small inconveniences, like a broken coffee maker and and broken bathroom fan. Overall, a good stay and I would go back.

Room was very small - difficult to have 2 large suitcases in the room because there isn't space for them. The staff is great. The floor of the room was not clean. There was hair, debris and partially empty bottles of water (2) under the bed-skirt. I liked the location and, again, the staff was fantastic.
