"My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for his birthday weekend. We chose the hotel because I’ve stayed there before and I loved it and the location is so convenient, BUT this time around, it was even better. The staff was nothing less than amazing. Every single encounter we had was incredible. They were all so sweet and helpful. And they helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday which I am eternally grateful for. Thank you all so much! 1000/10"
"I was unsure of the hotel because of all the poor reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised! A/C worked so well that I had to turn it off a couple times, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and the staff was kind enough to hold my luggage for me while I waited for my ride. "
Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel was located in the heart of the financial district, we had a view of the east river and Staten Island ferry, and there are multiple subway stations in the vicinity to get around NYC.
Rooms were clean and staff were friendly, the hotels WiFi is fast enough to keep you connected but maybe not for streaming. For downtime the hotel seems to have spectrum cable.
Overall I’d recommend this hotel, great location and friendly staff."
