The room was spotless and nicely designed. Very modern. The lobby is beautiful and there is a very large lounge downstairs for work, quiet conversations or dining. The buffet was excellent.

I had extended here a couple of times. It was a nice option to stay stuck at as the weather cancelled flights across two days. It has a great working space and also the roof top has great views.

Room was very clean, staff was super helpful. Missing one star because the in room bathroom wasn’t great. The door didn’t fully close, no shelving/hooks, very few amenities. Additionally, the ‘light cleans’ provided by the hotel were just making the bed. I would have appreciated trash being picked up, etc. Great neighborhood though!

Posizione comoda e atmosfera accogliente. Ottimo anche per lavorare, ambienti open e informale, ben organizzato con tavoli per co working, sedute, tavolinetti intorno ad un bel bancone bar. Stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had a problem. Staying here this weekend for my birthday and the room came with no wash cloth to shower with so asked for wash cloth on Jan 10th at 11:30pm and was told they would be sent up to my room so called at 12:17am Jan 11th to check on this and was told the same thing “they’ll be sent to the room”. Went downstairs to the main desk at 12:38am Jan 11th and was that they thought it was already sent up. So called at 1:15am and someone new picked up the phone (Angela) this time after I mentioned this is my 4th time asking as I would like to shower and go to sleep/relax for my birthday and Angela said to me with strong attitude “well did you go downstairs to get them” and said “yup like I said this is my 4th time and I’m happy to go downstairs AGAIN for the 3rd time” even being told they’re going to be brought to my room. The room was NOT equipped with the proper stuff and these were not items already used as we checked in today so the fact that I’m getting attitude when YOUR staff didn’t equip the room correctly is absolutely ridiculous!! 2 hours later after asking for wash cloth they finally showed up….

We loved our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the reviews about self check in and unhoused people hanging out front. First, there is always a person at the front desk. They check your ID and help you check in. There is a human connection. And the staff was SOOO friendly. Secondly, the front is a dedicated public space. It is a common practice that allows developer to build higher. We had no issues with people hanging out there. Not a single one. We absolutely loved hanging out in the "Living Room". Such a beautiful and welcoming space. And the bar upstairs was spectacular! The bathroom/shower is the typical frosted glass. So I went down to the lobby to use the bathroom most days. I like privacy in that area of my life. 😃 We did wish that there were outlets on both sides of the bed. That was about it for suggestions. I hope you enjoy your stay!
