This hotel exceeded our expectations! The location is convenient and the hotel was so nice and clean. Our room was just big enough for my husband and I. We had the 9/11 memorial and Hudson River view and it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Rikki at the front desk was an absolute gem. We’ll be staying at this hotel for all our future New York visits!
