Customer service was excellent, we were able to check in early without any problem and after checking out, they offer the option of storing bags during the day at no additional charge. The location is very convenient, close to the 09/11 memorial and the room was also very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

So close to the freedom Tower, the Oculus and Battery Park City. Clean room, easy friendly check-in. Parking is tough but they have an agreement with a garage for a discounted rate. Did not get the breakfast.

staff was very friendly and polite but upon arriving to my room my shower was dirty and there was hair from the previous guest left behind. it really turned me off and the cleaning staff did not come until the next day to clean it , no robes , no phones in the room , and the bellhops barely helped with carrying your bags. room was nice but the pictures on the website are definitely better

Absolutely loved my stay. This was my first time staying in this area of the city and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean. Huge bathrooms with great lighting for getting ready. The bar/lounge was gorgeous with amazing views at night. I felt safe in the area even at 2 am coming back from the bar as a woman. Will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this hotel. We were welcomed by the staff in a very nice and friendly way.
