"Walking in from the cold, greeted by friendly staff and the offer of cheesecake bites and a glass of bubbles. Yes, please! Bed was comfortable, room felt both hip and clean, and food was pretty solid in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Very easy walk over to Brooklyn Paramount if you are staying in area to hit a show. Also very easy access to public transit. "

"Safe and easy to walk to Staten Island Ferry Subway Stop- easy to access all parts of Manhattan. Safe walking to the piers and everywhere around- friendly staff. Perfect for a couple nights stay! "

"The room was clean & stylish, and my kiddos loved the bunk beds. Although the separate queen bed was very firm, it was still comfy enough. The front desk employees were helpful and accommodating. Also, I love this location. It’s close to bars, restaurants, the ferry, subway, etc… everything we needed."

"Clean and right across the street from Staten Island Ferry, Starbucks and the train! Convienent location with eateries close by. We traveled with kids - bagels, coffee, pizza and full breakfast (George’s) were all within walking distance - along with the bull statue! Front desk staff was 10/10! They went out of their way to assist us - maps, calling for car service, providing recommendations. Admittedly, the rooms are a little small but within reason by NY standards. "

"Our go to hotel in NYC. Located in FiDi and very close to several subway stations to get you anywhere in Manhattan/Brooklyn. Walkable to many places (Battery Park, Oculs, China Town/Little Italy, Soho). The staff treat you like family and this is a dog friendly hotel. Small boutique hotel (but a Hyatt property) that has a great vibe and decor (not your boring rooms/lobby). "

"This hotel was FABULOUS! The view you see if the view you get! STUNNING magazine worthy view of the Brooklyn bridge. Almost kid free. The rooftop bar and lounge had stunning views of the Brooklyn bridge and Hudson river. Just minutes away from Manhattan and close enough to walk to the Bridge. Room service was excellent. Very clean room. "

"Experience was excellent this weekend. Courteous staff at check-in, answered questions regarding sites to visit near the hotel. Hotel is located in a very central location, walking distance to key landmarks: 15 min from Brooklyn Bridge, 6 min Wall Street Bull, 6 min walk to restaurants on Stone Street, a couple of minutes from Trinity Church and Ground Zero. Best is that Rector St Subway station is right in front of the hotel. We will stay here during out next trip to NYC over the summer. "
