「好 服务态度非常到位」

「蠻偏遠的地區；但在交通上其實還蠻方便的，白天的員工蠻親切，晚上的就比較一般，地下室有冰塊飲水機但沒有熱水也有微波爐跟飲料/零食販賣機，房間很窄放不了行李箱但是床算蠻舒服的；需要吹風機要跟櫃檯借，住了二晚沒有清潔服務就是；在火車站旁邊如果不怕吵的話，這個價位在紐約可以接受」

「Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go. 」

「I would recommend anyone to stay there. The room are big, with a small kitchen, very confortable. The staff is very nice. Very easy to go to Manhattan by the ferry (2 blocks away).」

「I stayed in Hoxton Williamsburg for one night during my layover. I chose it because I liked going to the Hoxton in Southwark London haha. The overall experience was ok. The common area is beautiful and comfortable. Free coffee and tea by reception. Super nice decor. There’s a coffee shop and bar in the lobby too with very nice aesthetics. 「Incredibly helpful staff. Having a kitchenette and full breakfast with lots of good choices made the stay with my young grandson much easier. Everything was clean and in good condition. Convenient location with a local market at the end of the block, a subway stop a block and a half away and many great restaurants within easy walking distance.」
