Great location and very confortable. The staff is incredibly kind. This is our second time and it keeps on looking better and better with the remodeling. We complaied about someone smoking weed on our floor and they immediately took care of it.

The Best Wetern Gregory Hotel is the only lodging option in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and it serves well for those who need to be in the area. It is safe, clean and comfortable, at reasonable prices, and the included breakfast includes many choices. If one needs to get to downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan, the R subway line is just two blocks away. On the downside, the place is somewhat spartan and they are in the midst of renovation.

When we arrived at 6:30 PM we were told that our room had not yet been cleaned and told to wait for a while. We told the front desk staff we would go eat and come back. When we returned at 8:30 PM we were told again that our room was not ready. There were at least 6 others waiting for their rooms. We left and found another hotel.

Yes and yes. Staff was courteous and polite. My room had a leak coming from the ceiling and shower head needed to be changed. I informed management, but they didn't respond. But overall it was very good. I love the quite and pleasant atmosphere even with all the construction going on at this site

The room was not the cleanest. When we arrived there were some dirt and dammages to the room, I believe they may be undergoing some renovations. Our room was also missing the TV remote and had a broken lamp.

Checked in at 3pm, was told by the front staff that our room is not ready and will need another 20 min. So we stepped out to have dinner , and came back at 8pm, room still not ready. Asked the front staff, he had no answer why and left for about an hour and a half before returning with a room. Now inside the room, was an unfinished renovation project, the whole room smelled like paint and construction. The bathroom sink was leaking and the bathroom would now close shut due to the floor and door not being parallel.
