"I thought I was suppose to have a room with a view, but that was a lie and I payed more for that. My room was very tiny. The closet and bathroom door was hard to close. No hot water in the shower or sink. It took 10 minutes to get hot water. No instructions of where to find the ice machine. The tv are ancient and should be upgraded to have the ability to cromcast to watch an app. The internet was terrible. Never worked properly. I had to use my data."

They said the elevators were broken and to use the stairs. We said that is 20 flights and I have a medical condition where I cannot walk far. They just said sorry that’s all you can do. So we were stuck in the hotel all night!!!!!! We were only in NYC for 2 nights and paid a lot of money to be here!! They couldn’t have cared less. It was just an awful experience.
