10/10 Excellent
"We couldn’t get an early check in which is fine, I was there at noon on a Thursday so they told me they would text me if I could get in before 3. I never received a text. When I arrived after 3 to check in, the front desk associate said my husbands name was the only one on the reservation, therefore he would have to call to give permission for me to be on the room. It also was stated the room wasn’t yet ready, but it was after 3pm, check in time. I went into our reservation in Expedia and put it in my name and then she stated the room was ready but needed to be inspected or something but then she was able to get me a room. It seemed a little strange that people were walking in after 3 and getting no run around whatsoever. We also had reservations at Estelles for Saturday morning and knowing they opened at 11 and our son had to work at 12, we asked in advance it be noted to move along the process to accommodate. Our first time there had been so memorable, we were really looking forward to it, especially the cinnamon roll. We were seated at 11 and there were only 2 other tables. We ordered the cinnamon roll, it was cold. We ordered our food, omelet, breakfast sandwich and pancake. It took over 45 min for our food to come out. My husbands breakfast sandwich had American cheese, not even melted at all, meaning his sandwich wasn’t warm. The rest of the food was good but we were disappointed in our experience and the lack of urgency given to our situation."
