The customer service at The Broome was top tier. Our trip would have looked completely different if we had stayed elsewhere. I would stay there again without question.

Front desk, non existent. Everything requested felt like I was inconveniencing them. Very uncomfortable. Staff was kind but completely all over the place. Wasn’t the best experience, unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Only + was the location.

The rooms were comfortable and air adjusted as it should compared to the weather. I love the intimate design. Quiet and simple. The dinners were fabulous and a quick delicious breakfast. The staff at front were friendly and accommodating as well as all wait staff. I will be staying again in October for sure. Location was great for shopping and eating with subway access a few blocks away.

Was very disappointed with our stay at the Broome. We were in a Motger Daughter trip and the hotel was very not accommodating to our request for a plant based milk for coffee during breakfast. We asked two times and both mornings, the only options were dairy milk. It’s surprising that a hotel in NYC is not up to date on plant based milks, not accommodating. We would not recommend this hotel. It’s very average and plenty other options for the same or less $$$.
