「The hotel is very well located, close to attractions and transportation. Nice, friendly staff. Thoughtful amenities. The room was comfortable though wish it could be a bit bigger. 」

「The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room」

「This hotel is fantastic! It’s beautiful and the staff is delightful. They have coffee and pastries every morning. For a NYC hotel, we found the room spacious with plenty of room for all of luggage, clothing, and shoes. It felt roomy.」

「Very good hotel, will choose to stay again next time」

「good stay and extremely nice staff. one thing i’d change was i wish there was an only female bathroom. i thought the reviews said there was, but every bathroom we went to use there was men using them. i found it odd considering there are two bathrooms on every floor. just something to take into consideration for solo female travelers / younger females traveling together. it was a bit weird to shower with an old man walking around barefoot outside the door.」

「Ckean room, friendly staff」
