"Stay was great. The receptionist was incredibly kind when I accidentally puked on steam rice. Cleaned up everything too for me. Really appreciate that! They also got me a new card when I locked my old one in my room on accident. They also held my bags for me when I went on my helicopter ride."

"Checking in was a little confusing as the line was across from the desk when you walk in it looked like I was next in line but there was actually a bunch of people waiting to check in. No one was in the area to direct us. The room was fine. However it was jus very noisy outside in the city construction could be heard all night long and could here the girls in the room next to us especially in the bathroom. Liked it was close to the theater and downtown Times Square. The hotel had 3 restaurants attached to it which was very convenient. "

"The twin bed room was tiny and mattresses on floor with no bed frame. Stayed w one child who is teenager. The glass enclosure of bathroom was see through. So no privacy. Also could hear the person next room snoring through the wall at night. "
