"Amenities - I sort of wish we had access to coffee/tea in our rooms. Especially if we’re guests who are staying for more than one night. Was fighting an allergy cold and wish I could’ve had access to hot water for my tea in my room. Otherwise, hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"The location was perfect, only two blocks from Grand Central Station. A short walk to anywhere of interest to us. The staff was professional, kind, and courteous. It was a great value, I felt like we should’ve paid more for what we got, but was glad we didn’t have to. I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again on my next trip to New York."

"The layout, customer service, nice comfortable bed, amenities. I mostly enjoyed the ability to change the lights in the room to suit the mood. The small fridge is great to keep food from spoiling and fresh including water. The lobby area has a nice layout and view. It location is prime real estate. I enjoy the variety of TV'S in the lobby. Staff was helpful and generous when I needed a good dose of tea Thank you for making my stay as pleasant as could be. The staff was helpful when I needed a good dose of strong tea. "
