The room needs cleaner sheets and cleaner pillow cases. All floors need to be scrubbed. I was not comfortable with the room but it was for only 1 night. The pictures look nicer but the room looks old and dirty.

This hotel wasn't the best, but it was affordable for the stay. The lady was really nice, and helpful. No breakfast is served here, and it is very nosey, due to it being on a busy highway. The hotel needs a lot of work. I love the location because its close to staten island and a lot of great restaurants. If I were to visit NYC again, maybe or maybe not I'll give this place another try. Book at your own destruction.

Internet/Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent. Speed test was almost zero. Impossible to get any work done. All that is required is a bed, a shower, and Wi-Fi. Two out of three at Crown Inn.
