Check-in was perfect. Maybe 10 minutes if even. Benjamin was polite and cheerful. Hotel was clean and maintained. Nice bar/restaurant. Shuttle every half hour. The one downside was the HVAC is very loud in the room.

My stay wasn't terrible. But it was definitely not great. The refrigerator in the room did not work. The charges for parking is annoying. Just raise the rate and stop nickel and diming travelers with parking fees. But, the primary reason for my average review is a poor experience in the restaurant. I placed an order to go, paid for the order in cash, the server opted to round down on the change and simply had me the remainder. When I asked about it, his already apathetic attitude escalated with a tone that explained they didn’t carry change but if it was that important, he could go to his bag and get my change. I simmered for a second and said you know what, just cancel my order. I returned to share my experience with the manager. He kindly offered to accommodate my experience with what seemed like an offer to comp a meal. I said no thanks. On a following day, the same manager was at the counter of the cafe. I ordered coffee. He put the coffee on the house. I also decided to add a breakfast sandwich. Surprisingly the sandwich was less than $6.00. I jokingly asked the manager was the sandwich on him? He replied that he couldn't throw in the sandwich. While the coffee was appreciated, I thought it was bad judgement to not turn around the terrible restaurant experience with a $6.00 sandwich when you previously offered me an entire meal. As a professional service provider and business owner, I am amazed sometimes at what establishments consider great customer service.

These guys are rockstars. Benjamin got me checked right in and let me have a pick of rooms. Loved I got a microwave, the only thing I cared about. The shuttle staff is always my favorite, I always know when they will be at the airport. The room was comfortable and safe, never had a single problem. Further, I left something behind and it is already almost back to my house, so they even helped after the stay. Every trip to NYC has a stop at this wonderful hotel. It saves a lot of money on the city charges, and the hotel is wonderful.

The hotel at first glance and main lobby is beautiful, elevators small for much a large hotel, they could also use some upgrading. The doors to the rooms don’t close without slamming them. The rooms are a nice size but could certainly use some updating. Overall we had a great stay.

everything was great, considering the noise in the hallway, that my daughter was unable to get any sleep. Once we informed the desk about this, we were given complementary breakfast cards. it was amazing!

Te mienten cuando dicen que te dan el trasporte del hotel a el aeropuerto y viceversa, se demoran horas para recogerte y el día que tienes que. Volar simplemente te dicen no tenemos conductores debe de esperar puede tardar hasta 2 horas, tuve que pagar $38 dólares a Uber por ir 5 minutos al aeropuerto, o perder mi vuelo.

From the moment I walked in, I regretted my decision to stay there. I booked through Expedia last minute due to flight cancellation and had prepaid without being able to cancel. The entry smelled of smoke. The upper floor where I stayed smelled of Marijuana. There were bags of trash in the hallways and still present in the morning when I left. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the bathroom floor was dirty and had long hair that didn't seem to have been swept. Overall, the property did not present clean.
