- Misleading Photos & Views: Despite the name "LIC View Manhattan Hotel," the listing photos feature high-floor rooms with great sunlight, which don't reflect lower-floor rooms with no view at all.
- Small Room & No In-Room Amenities: The room is tiny with only one chair and no extra seating, making it inconvenient to eat. Storage is minimal, trash cans are small, and there is no coffee maker or kettle (must go to the 1st floor).
- Loud AC: The room's AC is outdated, and the provided portable AC unit was extremely noisy.
- Housekeeping Issue: Housekeeping staff moved our personal belongings on the bed and threw away plastic bottles stored in our luggage area rather than in the trash, which felt intrusive and careless.
- Location Inconvenience: The nearest subway station lacks elevators, requiring a 10-minute walk to an accessible station with luggage. There are no grocery stores nearby; the closest Target or Trader Joe's is a 15-minute walk or subway ride away."
