10/10 Excellent

"The property was clean and the employees were very helpful. It was a very fair price for NYC. The proximity to the Airtrain could not be beat! $8.25 gets you a ride from the airport and the hotel was less than 2 blocks away. With that being said, if you arrive after dark, the walk was totally sketchy and the street was full of addicts and 2 men were even in a fight. This is not the fault of the hotel at all, just warning that it is best if you arrange your arrival and departure not after dark. I left the hotel at 5:30AM and did not encounter any of that riff raff. My arrival time was around 9:30PM and that was a bad time."
