"The Paris Cafe was excellent......the manager (Raj) and wait staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the food was excellent. I have stayed here several times and appreciate the convenience and the retro vibe.......this time, the room overlooking a construction site was not the best, and charging guests extra for pool usage is something I think should be addressed. The prices are high ( even for New York). The plastic TWA drink glasses now cost extra....the first few times I stayed, they were included with the ( overpriced) cocktails. "Little" perks are what travelers remember, and returning to some of your initial benefits would enhance the guest experience. Nonetheless, I recognize the monopoly you have on accommodations at JFK.....and it is a neat experience."
