The room was clean and had plenty of space for my bags and clothes hamper to fit without feeling crammed. The rooms were nice and clean and the guy in the front was cool about me losing my card every other day

There is no breakfast as originally advertised. That was the only reason why I chose this location over others. Otherwise the room and location/area was fine.

Service was above average. friendlly and very efficient. however just because we chose a smoking room does not mean bedding full of cigarette burns, drapes full of burn holes and chairs as well is acceptable.

They were broken parts in the room that belong to the bathroom. The wall had cracks in it kind of smell like smoked, even though it was a non-smoking roast.

Terrible hotel . We had a worst experience ever . Property wasn't cleaned n maintained. Room was dirty, toilet was broken, tub was dirty ,no tissue paper at all . No amenities in room not even iron . Floor was so dirty that we didn't dare to put our feet without shoes. No coffee make or tea maker ,upon asking they gave tea bag without even hot water n milk . I will not recommend this property to anyone. Staff wasn't even helpful at all , he doesn't know if the booking was for 2 nights n locked our cards.
