"The shower in my room took nearly 10 minutes to get warm. On the day I checked in, I noticed the issue and reported it to the front desk. Later, I was told it had been fixed, but when I returned to my room, it clearly had not.
A staff member eventually came to the room to check it. They ran the shower for 5–6 minutes before the water finally started to warm up. However, this was after I had already run it for 4–5 minutes myself before going back to the front desk to complain. To make matters worse, the water continued getting hotter the longer it ran, so I constantly had to adjust the temperature to avoid it being either too cold or scalding hot. They did not change my room and I was there for 2 days.
At checkout, I was asked about my stay. I explained that it had not been great because of this issue and the way it was handled. The front desk agent simply responded, "Oh, okay. Have a nice day."
Between the shower problem, the lack of concern from the staff, and the extensive renovations taking place in the main lobby during my stay, I was shocked by how much this hotel charged. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here."
