"Clean room and very clean laundry facilities. The only two improvements I could suggest is that it would have been nice to have access to the pool prior to 3pm, and a continental type of breakfast. They do have a full breakfast option for $17pp in the restaurant, but a lower tier pasty & boiled eggs or something along those lines would have been a welcome option.
I need to add how absolutely amazing one of the front desk employees were. Genysis (I'm all but certain I'm misspelling that) made an incredible impact on our stay. We were there dealing with a family emergency, and after returning at 6am after being in the ER al l night long, he was kind enough to extend us until 2pm unsolicited and comped. That kindness was needed more than he could have known, and I will forever be grateful. We will absolutely stay again."
