"The breakfast was endless spotless and plentiful. The staff, especially the front desk, friendly, helpful, polite. No matter what they were asked to do a can-do attitude. They changed our room immediately to a handicapped accessible room. I gave you accommodations only four stars because there was a recent renovation that had some glitches with the handicapped bathroom."

"Breakfast was not included but we were given 2 50% off coupons for an $18 breakfast buffet. Instead we were charged $35 for the two of us with the coupon and the food was absolutely terrible. Really substandard breakfast for any price."
