"Breakfast was not included but we were given 2 50% off coupons for an $18 breakfast buffet. Instead we were charged $35 for the two of us with the coupon and the food was absolutely terrible. Really substandard breakfast for any price."
"So disappointed with the customer service. After Spirit Airlines cancelled our trip, we were able to recover everything except for our hotel stay. We tried. Expedia tried on our behalf. The hotel refused to cooperate. Even with a weeks notice, they would not refund our stay. We travel to Brooklyn 9-10 times a year and we’re looking forward to this convenient location. We will never stay here. "
"We had a fantastic stay. The restaurant was amazing. We literally went every single day. My only issue was the fact that the ice machines did not work and the staff did not know which floors did work. I had tried four different floors before I found an ice machine that actually worked. We went to the Brooklyn Paramount, which was a five minute walk. It was a five minute walk to the subway the bagel place on the corner was fantastic. There was a Goodwill and a Dunkin around the block. The valet staff were awesome and that process was exceptionally easy if I go back to Brooklyn again I would 1000% stay here."
