Very clean, and surprisingly quiet for the part of town it was in. Hotel was flexible with allowing us to lounge in lobby prior to a Cunard sailing. Very close to cruise port.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the breakfast was great with lots of options. Closest subway stop is about a 15 minute walk, and surrounding streets are safe to walk at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, I had a really good night sleep and the room was warm enough for me not to feel cold as I could control the heat. Room was clean and nice. The front desk staff were nice and hospitable too.

Didn't come with car. Location was very safe and convenient to shops and restaurants. Was going on a cruise and was able to do a short walk to the cruise terminal. If i decide to go on a cruise again. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
