「Should get house keeping every day」

「Expedia should remove this place from its listing since its reputation is at stake! The rooms are tiny. Apart from the bed and the small desk/chair, nothing else fit in the room. Roku TV, only? They provided three full sized flat pillows for a kingsize bed. After the first night, my back hurt so bad! Bathroom faucet was unhinged and towels were dingy. The sheets and bedspread had many cigarette holes in them. We insisted before they were changed. Our non-smoking room had smoke scent sipping in ...

However, in the middle of the night, loud music from nearby rooms and the smell of tobacco smoke drifted into my room and bathroom, so I had to open the windows. I reported it to the front desk, and they were very accommodating — they refreshed my floor and room right away. The staff was helpful overall and took good care of me, especially since I was visiting from out of state. The staff was really helpful and made me feel taken care of!!!!!」

「There was a dime bag of drugs found in the bed of the room I was staying in. Clearly the room had not been cleaned since the previous occupant had stayed. There were burn marks in the duvet and no lock on the door. I did not stay the night as I did not feel safe within the hotel.」
