The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located next to a store and not far from the train station. I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was that my sink didn’t work on the first day, but it was fixed quickly. I also didn’t really like the breakfast, though it did come in handy.

Went there with my family and the room was pleasantly cleaned. The hotel is right under train tracks so that’s the only noise that could be bothering to some if you’re not used to being in a busy city

We felt the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. We requested new towels and coffee pods and everything was delivered to our room quickly. We couldn’t get the TV to work properly the first night so they sent someone to fix it and bring us a new remote. The location is central to the metro and a lot of other places including Times Square. We would definitely come again!

The lobby was nice and a good first impression. The room was comfortable and provided enough space for our (4 guests) needs. However, the water took quite some time to warm up, and there was a large roach in the bathroom. While these issues were concerning, the room overall was “Okay”.

Property was great, lots of parking outside. In the back of building there is only 5 parking. But felt unsafe parking in the streets. Other than that place was very clean and organized. Employees are so sweet and very helpful. Breakfast was great.

This place was the best option for this area. I didn’t personally like the crowded area but this hotel definitely made up for it. They had everything here. Breakfast, fitness center, first come first serve parking in the back of the hotel, friendly and very helpful and accommodating staff.

The hotel had comfortable and new furnishings. We did have an issue connecting to wifi from our room so kids had no access to electronics. It was nice to have breakfast included but it wasn't always ready at opening and they didnt seem to restock options frequently. We were on 1st floor and heard arguments in the lobby 2 of 3 nights.the staff did try to be helpful when asked. Close to Yankee stadium which is why we were in town.
