Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.

Room was not very good. The beds are some of the most uncomfortable I’ve had to use in a while. Additionally the showers hot water was not working and the hotel staff didn’t do anything even after being notified, repeatedly.
