「Very friendly staff and very helpful. Locals are very friendly and theres plenty of good local food to eat.」

「Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.」

「We enjoyed our stay」

「This place was a nice respite for our American mission team of 8 people. A few of our rooms had problems with the bathroom facilities but the maintenance manager was quick to try to fix the issues. One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order. The staff was pleasant and kind. And the A/C in each room was a life saver as well as having a nice warm shower in the...

「When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.」

「The hotel is conveniently across the street from the bus station. It's also next to the elevated footbridge in the area that makes it easy to get around the local mall answer the bus station without needing to cross the busy streets. There are food options close by as well as a 7-Eleven downstairs. I would stay there again during my next visit. 」
