「The location is perfect. One receptionist is ?very aggressive. Your hotel should definitely improves the training of the receptionists, or I am not staying here anymore.」

「Super location on the Upper West Side. Great in-house café. Near great shops, restaurants and subway. Large rooms and comfy baths at this price point. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.」

「I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think...
