「We spent a wonderful week with another couple. The royal level is amazing. They made sure our rooms were close and we had everything we could possibly need. 「Staff was super helpful and friendly. Best we’ve ever encountered. Our assigned concierge, Kelly, was an absolute gem. Give that woman a raise! She took great care of us. Beach is gorgeous. 「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. 「The staff was absolutely the best part of my stay! I was assigned someone to personally help me during my stay. His name is Henry. There arent enough words to say how amazing & attentive Henry was. He contacted me every morning, sent the schedule of daily activities around the property. And made sure my friend had a cake for her birthday.
I've stayed at a lot of resorts, the staff at Dream Onyx is the best I've encountered. 」
