「This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. We arrived around 11:00 PM due to flight and customs delays. Although the listing states the office is open until 11:00 PM, no one was available and the studio was left unlocked. The room is in very poor condition. We had no hot water the first night. The entire facility needs a major renovation. 3.」
