Le resort, le personnel, la nourriture, l'alcool, les cocktails, la plage, tout était magnifique! Le forfait unique définitivement vaut la peine avec l'accès au homard sans frais. Le service butler est géniale et vous simplifi la vie alors que vous êtes en vacances! Toute réservations pour les restaurants, le butler s'en occupe. Toute préoccupation, le butler s'en occupe. Comptez-vous chanceux si vous tomber sur Oliver. Il est chaleureux, aidant, travaillant, sans doute le meilleur!

It was great but the pool should have a bar inside. The waiters take forever to bring you drinks while inside the pool. I travel a lot and it’s the only thing I didn’t like. Please consider putting a bar in the pool thank you.

We booked the Unique, did not receive any of these paid benefits. Upgrades were not in the room upon arrival, had to ask for them, took days and it felt like a bother. Housekeeping came at 9pm the first night. Didn't clean until I complained. Do not clean pool chairs or tables. Staff not friendly except for restaurants, excellent service at restaurants. Butler checked in once during our 6 day stay. Food was great and grounds of resort are absolutely beautiful. Had we not paid for upgraded service, there would not have been as many issues.

Loved the coffee shop and so many pool areas/bars/restaurants. Particularly liked the unique beach and breakfast/bar area. Also extra touches for birthday with banner, balloons etc. We brought hang up dehumidifier disposable bags which worked great as high humidity and aircon.

Beautiful resort. Food and restaurants good for an all-inclusive. We upgraded to Unique which we think is worth it. Our butler Victor took care of all our dinner reservations and other requests we had. Housekeeping could be improved, our room was never serviced before 5 or 6 pm every day, on one occasion, the attendant did not leave any towels and it was a challenge to get some. Other days, she didn’t leave a full set and other amenities in the room were not replenished. In hind sight we should have addressed this with our butler. Beautiful as this resort is, it may not be the one if you are seeking tranquility. The entertainment at the main pool is very very loud and the way the resort is laid out, you c not escape it unless you have a room or a swim up room which are on the outer side of the building.

This was the first destination trip my husband and I have taken and it was amazing. We were with friends that have been to other destinations and they even said this was amazing. The bar has been set and it may be hard to top.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub in Punta Cana! Ich bin immer noch völlig überwältigt von unserem Aufenthalt im Lopesan Costa Bávaro. Wer Luxus, erstklassigen Service und eine atemberaubende Kulisse sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: • Die Anlage: Das Hotel ist modern, weitläufig und architektonisch ein echtes Highlight. Alles ist extrem sauber und gepflegt. Der „Infinity Pool“, der direkt in den Ozean überzugehen scheint, ist wohl einer der schönsten Pools, die ich je gesehen habe. • Der Strand: Feiner weißer Sand und türkisfarbenes Wasser – genau wie auf einer Postkarte. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und der Service am Strand ist erstklassig. • Kulinarik: Das Essen war auf einem ganz neuen Level für ein All-Inclusive-Resort. Besonders das The Boulevard bietet eine tolle Abwechslung mit verschiedenen Themenrestaurants, Cafés und sogar einer Eisdiele. Qualität und Präsentation der Speisen waren durchweg hervorragend. • The Unique Club: Wir hatten das Unique-Upgrade gebucht und können es nur jedem empfehlen. Der Zugang zu exklusiven Strandbereichen, der privaten Lounge und der bevorzugte Check-in haben den Urlaub noch einmal entspannter gemacht. • Das Personal: Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! Beautiful property. Great pool, although chairs are hard to find when busy. Great beach. Unique experience was worth it. Food was overall good (Mareas and inari were great), although some restaurants were better than others. Also had some gastrointestinal distress after eating at the hotel all week. Butler made reservations as requested. Housekeeping was over good, but missed some requests toward the end of the stay. Bars and alcohol selection was good. Activities and entertainment was fun, especially pool side and the Michael Jackson night show.

The Unique Club and Atlantico buffets were excellent, and we truly enjoyed the upscale dining experiences at the steakhouse, Mexican, hibachi, French, and Mediterranean restaurants. Every restaurant felt like a five-star experience. We were very pleased with all the services provided throughout our trip, thanks to the outstanding staff who made everything exceptional.

The property was clean and beautiful beach. Separated sides for Unique club. The room was clean and spacious, housekeeping did well. There were many restaurants to chose from. Be sure to make reservations when you arrive. The entertainment was nice, the service from staff was attentive. This resort is massive so I would recommend at least a 5 day stay to fully enjoy. If you chose Unique ask for Fermin as your Butler, he was phenomenal!!

We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid. We had a private check in area, a private beach area, a private lunch and breakfast area. We also had a private pool though it was a ways away from the beach and main pool we only really used it once. We also had butler service and our friend Ronald was excellent. He was very attentive, checked in with us every morning and throughout the day and was always able to find restaurant availability for us which wasn’t always easy for 6 people in a resort that was maxed out. We called or messaged him whenever we needed anything and he always delivered. The location of the resort is excellent and the beach was amazing. Clean, wide and long, we were able to walk for almost 30 min either way without any issues. The rooms were huge and clean and the ac worked a little too well. The Unique guests are treated with some rum and snacks upon check. Overall the resort was excellent and is so well laid out including the massive boulevard where you can find a sports bar, casino, club, a massive gym, English pub and theatre that despite being fully booked you never felt crammed. In fact we were often left asking where all the people were because it never felt crowded.

This was a wonderful resort!!!! The staff were amazing especially Roberto our butler, but there were so many others I did not catch all of their names. Beautiful resort buildings, interesting layout and certainly enough entertainment and options food wise to keep us satiated throughout our stay. I definitely recommend!
