Hoy desde que hemos vuelto a casa ya no aguantamos de comentar lo malo que estuvo este resort para nosotros. Teníamos mucha expectativa con este resort ya que en años anteriores hemos visitado al Royalton Punta Cana, en el cual tuvimos una experiencia agradable. Pero este (Royalton Bávaro) está muy mal mantenida. Nos dieron una habitación que está casi todo dañada, la puerta del baño no se cierra (la puerta se abría sola porque el seguro no funciona), la nevera estaba torcida y la puerta de la gaveta también está torcida, algo que nos pareció super incómodo y chistoso. Además, el agarre de mano para abrir el balcón está literalmente roto. No nos pusieron tapas en el jabón de baño. Con respecto a la comida, estuvo malísimo, la langosta estaba ya dañada y en general había mucho plato que nos pareció muy salado. En resumen nunca hemos estado en un resort de tan mal calidad. Espero que tomen en cuenta las críticas (sugerencias) y que mejoren para el bien de su futuro

I had a wonderful experience for my 50th birthday! Carlos Alberto, showed out by surprising me with birthday decorations when I arrived back in my room. I even had a birthday cake and champagne. I took so many pictures and videos from my experience. Thank you a lot, Carlos for letting me have the birthday experience I always wanted. He really took care of me also. Top-notch service. Making sure I had reservations in line and was happy about my food selection. Facility was nice and room were spacious. Staff is helpful. The check in was horrendous. We checked in around 1:30 pm and check in time was 3:00 pm but did not get room keys until 4 pm. There was also a used bandage lying at the check in counter. Food was average. Rio Brazilian steak is the only stand out food. However, over there, they were handling meat without wearing gloves as shown in the picture. The biggest disappointment was Resorts agents who are lurking around and luring people into special breakfast trap, which is a regular breakfast. However they try to hustle you in buying their prime travelers membership. We bought it in hassle and canceled it next day. In the process, we end up paying 995$ cancellation fees. In short, would not go back there again.

Everyone was great! It was beautiful. The concierge Adoni decorated my room for my husband birthday!!! Anthony the Butler got his birthday cake, delicious!! In the Diamond Club they treat you like you matter. The food in the Diamond Club Lounge was NOT good though. A kiss to the Pastry Chefs ..Every cake was soooo moist and delicious, just SUPERB.

The grounds were clean!! The pools were clean!! The bar tenders were mostly friendly and attentive. Room service was great!! The restaurants were all good. The main buffets were mediocre but did the trick. Communication was amazing. We had a concierge through Expedia names Andoni who went above and beyond to make this a stressful trip. He made all of our reservations for meals and arranged transportation to go downtown. We had a really hard time getting coffee for our room but the coffee shop was great!!! It felt safe and inviting for all of us!!!

The room was good some little stains and one of our lounge chairs had bird poop all over it but overall clean and comfortable. The resort itself was great. Pools were clean and accommodations were met. Staff was friendly I guess my only complaint was the selection of food some days were not tasty or were made improperly and tasted stale but I guess that’s apart of free ammenities. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the kids had lots of fun!

Room was clean, grounds were unkept, staff was very friendly especially Adonis the butler. Beach was beautiful and daytime activities were a lot of fun. Food was ok some restaurants better than others. Night shows were good especially Fire and Circus shows. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The Diamond Club VIP package is a rip off don’t waste your money. Other than the tiny little diamond club lounge every other Diamond club part of the hotel was a free for all. Our flight was delayed and we missed a full day of our 1 week vacation which we were not compensated for or even acknowledged when we asked if we could maybe extend 1 more day to make up for it. Upon our late arrival (which I called the day we were delayed and let them know we would check in the next day when we arrived) we had to wait for 3.5hrs in the lobby for them to ready our rooms that we should’ve been in the day before. Then they escorted us to our room and had not even activated our room keys so the butler let us in. Though the resort itself and beach was nice with lots of activities to do (most activities you will likely pay extra for) we felt like we were ripped off for the money we paid to be there. I would not recommend this resort.

Room was not what we requested and paid for. Our flights were delayed and we had to arrive the following day. Provided hotel with plenty of notice but when we arrived at the resort we had to wait 5 hrs to get in our room which was 5:15pm. Totally unacceptable especially when we paid for the room the day prior to arrival. The initial staff and butler were very rude and terrible service. Our butler service was absolutely a waste of money. He did not one thing for us and had an awful attitude. Will not be going to this resort again. The rest of the staff was very accommodating and helpful. That includes room service, cooks, and cleaners.
