「I loved that it was right across from the central station and I was easily able to get to the airport, around town, and to Pompeii. I could tell they take great pride in the rooms being very clean. The lighting in the room is a bit dark but I was able to open my window during the day to brighten the room. Being a single woman traveling solo I felt safe in the area despite how it looks. I also like that there were plenty of places to eat and a grocery store across the street.」

「The breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and able to provide information as requested. There is a restaurant next to the hotel and that is also very good for dinner. 」

「Recptionist (I think she is the owner) is very friendly & helpful, I arrived early & got the room. Breakfast cafe is nice too. Room is spacious even I booked a single room. Excellent location, 5-10 mins walk to train station and just next to the town center entrance.」

「The front desk is amazing. They order taxis and assist with ideas of where to go and what to eat. The one thing that needs to be more honest is that there IS NO AIRPORT TRANSFER. It says there is on hotels.com but this is not true. The front desk can order you a taxi, but it's very difficult to do over the phone before you arrive. 」
