Amsterdam 3 Stars Hotels

"utilitarian, small functional rooms, limited amenities, good for a work or traveler with simple needs, my spouse hated it but that’s typical. Location is why you pick it, 2 minutes to train, 5 to shop or RLD. I’d stay again but wife wouldn’t. A coffee machine in room would really be nice though."

"It was wonderful to get off the train and walk 5 minutes to the hotel. It would be nice if they had ice available for their guests, but hotels in Europe just don't seem to. I guess they like drinking lukewarm water there. All in all though, the stay was very good."

"Friendly helpful staff. Canal view room though small (double economy) with not much floor space so anyone with a large suitcase will have problems. Has nice views and was surprisingly very quiet for sleeping except when people walk past the door talking at 4.45am in the corridor. Kettle in room and tv are good. If you need a fridge they have one in reception to leave things. Comfortable bed, good shower. Recommended and better than 3 stars."

"Excellent location. Steps from the train station. Staff was just amazing helping us with the transportation. Rooms well appointed. Beds, linens were so comfortable!! We were pleasantly surprised. We were able to store our luggage until room was ready and store it after we checked out until our train was ready to go at night. Would stay again! "

"Guest relations are excellent- good attention to detail. My upgraded room was on a higher floor, very clean, modern, excellent city view and nice bathroom amenities. The entire hotel is also cool and well ventilated Highly recommended "

"I had a surprise overnight layover in Amsterdam due to some flight issues. I’d stayed a Moxy in other cities, so I figured it would be a solid choice, and it mostly was. There were only two main issues: one, I took the bus from the airport, and finding the entrance on foot was not the most convenient (but that’s as much my fault as anyone’s); two, the shower drain was clogged/drained *very* slowly, so I had to turn the water off several times during a quick shower to keep it from spilling onto...
