I was delighted by the high standard of service and cleanliness in this hotel. There was also a great atmosphere. You could tell the staff were happy, and that says a lot. My bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should and the breakfast was generous. I felt very comfortable sitting in the large lounge catching up on some work.

We were very well looked after mostly, rooms excellent location to transport brilliant, really nice breakfast, good value for money, but on saturday night the staff was terrible the bar man vanished, 10 people at least waiting, some ladies said they had been there an hour soneone else 40 mins, i went to look for someone and found him in kitchen chatting, eventually came the girl was busy checkung people in when she had a quiet min, she vanished and people were waiting there, my only complaint everyone else was lovely

All - and I mean all - the staff were extremely friendly, professional and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious - and there was plenty of choice. The coffee machine was fantastic!! And the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Was a fantastic stay. Plus, it's a great location. Very easy to use an Amsterdam and region travel ticket to get to lots of interesting places.
