墨西哥與中美洲親子假期

great staff and food/drink

We recently stayed at newly renovated Paradisus Cancun and loved it! It a is a family friendly resort with amazing food and great service. The food was a highlight of the trip — every restaurant we tried offered fresh, beautifully prepared dishes, and there was enough variety. The tacos at Blue Agave were top quality. Our server Atilano and Manager Nathanael were very attentive . The food from Chef Regina was amazing. We had great seafood at Agua Marina had fresh sushi at Kao. We can’t forget about our barista Alejandro who was very helpful in preparing our lattes daily and was always so friendly. Service was excellent across the board. Staff were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to make our stay special. We had a child’s birthday in our group and they went out of their way to celebrate him at the kid’s club, dinner, and delivering a special gift to his room. The kid’s favorite was the kids club. The have drop off hours and family hours. We usually don’t leave our kids at the kids club in resorts but this one was different. You can keep an eye on them from the outside and the staff make you feel comfortable . In specific Frida, Mafer, Evelyn , Brenda, Maylin, Gypsy, and Asalia . They took the time to get to know each child and had a schedule with different games, crafts, and active play, so the kids were never bored. Highly recommend for families!
