every one was so perfectly friendly. grateful that this hotel was my first all inclusive experience!

I will probably not return to this hotel. Property was good, But I was never able to reserve for one of the 3 restaurants that required a reservation. I was here to celebrate my daughter’s Bday and they weren’t able to help with a reservation. being that the tables looked empty. Very disappointed for that part of the service. The breakfast and lunch buffets were ok.

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Everything is middle of the road at this resort. Don’t have high expectations and you will be fine. If you expect above average anything, you will be disappointed. The good: The coffee shop, the Spa, the pool bartenders and the young towel lady. Most of all the guest services manager when needed was what saved the trip. Needs immediate work: All food by the pool and room service menu needs to be overhauled. It’s very limited and blah. Overall, would not stay at this resort again. To many employee errors, sanitation issues, and overall lack of value for the money. You can find a better option. Thank you.

The resort is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. The food at the buffet is OK. The best restaurant food was the one I had on the beach that was casual dining provided the most authentic style Mexican food. I was disappointed with the “” Mexican restaurant, as I thought it was not authentic, and the food was not good.
