Location: The resort sits away from the busy Hotel Zone, which gives it a calm, private feel while keeping Cancun within easy reach. The beach is beautiful, with turquoise water and soft white sand, and the views of Isla Mujeres are breathtaking. Atmosphere: Relaxed, welcoming, and elegant without being stuffy. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset dinner, or strolling the grounds, everything feels peaceful and effortless. Rooms: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The balcony views were stunning, the bed was wonderful after long beach days, and the layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and truly relax. Service: This is where Villa Del Palmar truly shines. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. A special thank-you to Pavel, Victor, Alejandro, Arad, Kevin, and Oitoikos, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. This resort was very calm and quiet compared to others. A much older crowd of people. The room always seemed wet , the bedding would smell due to it feeling wet in there. I had a pair of shorts I hung over the chair to dry and after 3 days they still didn’t dry. Other than that the hotel was nice, but I definitely wouldn’t return back to this one in the future.

Beautiful and quiet stay, very clean, staff was on point. All Waiters were very friendly. Food was delicious and well prepared. My wife and I will deff will be coming back. 5 stars***** Thank you Gracias

My concierges, Ali and Viri, were very attentive and communicative. Room Service attendees were pleasant. Wait for meals was less than a minute to be seated. Pool was very clean. Wait Staff everywhere was very accommodating and FRIENDLY!! Wish i had more time to enjoy more Restaurants and Spa Amenities. hope to go back soon!
