The convenience of staying in this well managed establishment is immeasurable. The ability to avoid going to the rental car facility is so convenient. Alamo the most trusted car service in Costa Rica is available at this hotel. I love staying here. God bless the staff for their kindness.

Our flight got canceled so we spent one night here. The free shuttle to/from the airport was great. The pool was nice as was the free breakfast. My only complaint is that we could not get the staff on the phone after many attempts over several hours. We were exhaused after a stressful airport experience. It would have been nice to not have to go to the front desk to ask for a simple item (not enough towels in our room for the number of guests booked).

The property is so close to the airport, it was so convenient for us. We were not able to use the shuttle but the front desk staff helped us to organize a ride. The pool was great. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The staff are very UNhelpful. We had to find our own way to the airport, we were told, until the shuttle showed up and we talked to the driver. We had booked the room for 3 persons and there were no blankets, sheets, or pillows for the third person. We had to ask for them,and the front desk staff were not friendly about it.

Room what spotless and well done. Smaller than some rooms but still comfortable. Front desk person was not friendly and did not provide any information about anything to do with the hotel amenities. Didn’t know they had full room service until I saw a cart in the elevator full of food going to another floor. We went to another hotel to eat because we didn’t have that information. Even when I returned the key in the morning the person at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me or say anything.

The air conditioning is not all that great. I've noticed that minorities doesn't get the same upper scale treatment as the other's. The work force doesn't have diversity. Other than that my stay there was okay at the least but won't be vacationing there anymore. I'll spend my money where I'm welcome and not just tolerated. Hopefully Singapore or China will be a lot better than Costa Rica.

Very clean room. Fun view. Black out curtain in case your flight time works better if you can sleep during daylight. Could have used more water but the cleaning team was happy to give us additional bottles. Great location for an early flight out.

Rooms were clean, quiet, modern, lots of places to put your stuff and hang clothes if necessary. Pools were clean and a good temperature, the shallower pool for kids was great, the water came up to my 7 year olds waste/ shoulders. Breakfast was great, slight variations of the same things each day, rice and beans, eggs, meat, pastries,cereal, granola. The food was lovely, a true continental breakfast with lots of food. The gym was clean, well stocked, busy, pretty warm ( little to no ac), there is 2 treadmills, one bike, a bunch of weights, trx unit, mats. Staff was wonderful. Free shittles come to / from the airport every 5 to 15 minutes.
