The only thing was the Wi-Fi, you have to log in again in different places (maybe because its location is between the mountains) & also the TV cable doesn’t work by 1:00 AM. Anyway, me & my Family enjoyed our stay. We also there was nobody to give us the welcome drink at the lobby when we got there. After all, Riu Palace Costa Rica is highly recommended.」

「Is a very nice resort, the buffet food had a good variety. They had fruit out at every meal. The staff was very helpful. We went to italian restaurant for one dinner, the food was excellent. The service was excellent there too. The check in and out was quick. Remember to drink water, it is very warm outside, especially when you are in sun. The beach was beautiful but it has a lot of large rocks. I am not a beach person but ocean views were spectacular. 」

The room was beautiful. The shower was next level. The double shower heads and the outside view had me taking multiple showers a day. Additionally the view from our partial ocean view room was beautiful. I would definitely return to this property.」

The dinner menu was very delectable, especially the traditional Costa Rican menu, the soup was delicious and it was a great meal. But don’t get me started on the staff at the buffet, the receptionist was really friendly, the waitresses too, they did their duties greatly. Some of the cooks had a bad attitude, they were dry, rude, serious. We were trying to reserve the sushi restaurant for a whole entire day, we tried to contact staff to help us reserve but they always told us that we needed to talk with the woman there. Still she was never there, we arrive there when she was supposed to be there and she still wasn’t there. When we arrived to the sushi restaurant, the food was salty and very hard to swallow. The customer service was awful in some parts of the hotel, some were nice but some weren’t even welcoming. This all-inclusive hotel isn’t worth coming from, we would never come back here ever again!"

This resulted in not being able to shower in the hot weather and could not use tolit until the following day.
7. Incorrect Wi-Fi Password: The Wi-Fi password provided at check-in was incorrect. We had to make a second trip to the front desk to be told it was a printing error.
The most unacceptable part was the unannounced water outage. At 11 p.m., I attempted to take a shower, only to find there was no water—neither for bathing nor for the toilet. I went to the front desk, which was completely unmanned. The next day, when I brought up the issue with staff, one person claimed the water was only off for 10 minutes, and another, after consulting the manager, said it was 30 minute"
