「Loved the pool, views, and staff was great!」

「The resort was extremely clean and beautiful. The beach was pristine, smooth, unforgettable. The sunsets are brilliant. Our room was spotless everyday, amazing towel animals on the bed; a very nice touch. Wonderful staff. Breakfast staff were so friendly- Rodolfo, Andy, Paulino, Douglas. Jose and Priscilla doing the rec activities were great. Nadesca serving on the deck was very sweet. Jessica at the spa did a lovely hot stone massage. Elliot picked us up from a restaurant when it was dark!...

「Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room...

「Das Personal im Bosque del Mar war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nahe des Eingangs zu Anlage und baten um eine Prüfung, ob wir nicht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten. Leider klappte es nicht gleich für die erste Nacht, aber der Chef der Rezeption sorgte dafür, daß wir für die restlichen Nächte ein anderes Zimmer beziehen konnten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Reinigungspersonal arbeitet schnell und baute uns zur Begrüßung aus...

Eager to help. Anticipating customer needs. You were missing an opportunity if you don't book your stay at the Palms at La Playa Coco. It also includes cooked fresh free breakfast. On-site restaurant is above average and one of the top choices in town. Beds were comfortable.」
