「This is a great place in the forest about 25 minutes to some popular beaches. We loved exploring the area. The cabin was super clean and comfortable and the deck area is beautiful to have coffee while listening to the howley monkeys. The pool area is nicely set up for photo opps. The cherry on top is that they're pet friendly. We will stay again. 」

「The stay at El Sabanero Eco- Lodge was incredible. I stayed there with one of my close friends in a single bed suite. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was amazing the ways that the lodge works to be eco-friendly while still offering a comfortable experience. There was a water station for hot and cold water to fill your water. 「The location and vibe was perfect for us! The room was simple, neat, clean and they honored our request for a room with the couch. The bathrooms could use an update or refresh. They are dated. The restaurant was delicious and a nice surprise in this sleepy town. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Took advantage of yoga which was great. The pools are very small but lots of lounges, hammocks, ping pong and a great lending library! Will definitely return to this sleepy but fabulous town! 」

「Quarto sujo, pareceu que tinha pó de resto de construção dentro do quarto. Não tem blackout nas janelas, as 6 da manhã o sol te acorda. Pior toalha que já usei na minha vida, de longe. Wi-Fi, não funciona, mas isso parece ser algo da Costa Rica. Localização muito boa, tamanho do quarto e do banheiro muito bons, a cama é bem boa, chuveiro bom também.」

「Location was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the extra outdoor space including the pool area, it allowed for the property to feel like a great home base. Area was safe and my 10 year could walk up to the minimart on the corner for snacks! You can hear the waves but you can also hear that rooster in the morning.」
