This was by far our favourite vacation. The staff at this location were amazing! The bartenders, wait staff, chef, concierge and cleaning staff did absolutely everything possible to make our stay so wonderful. Our room was like something out of a dream. Private and yet social when we wanted. Location was best location. Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. 100/10. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation. Thank you Zula, Prescilla,Jimmy, Lourdes,Gio,Pablo for making our stay so memorable.

The location of this property is second to none. It has an upscale yet bohemian vibe. The food was always delicious with lot's of options. Also many gluten-free choices. Had the most amazing stay at Ocho Artisan Bungalows. The rooms are decorated beautifully and filled with super helpful hardworking staff who will go above and beyond for your needs. Amazing views and easy access to beach, didn't need to drive around once during our time in Tamarindo as it was in the heart of the best spots. Mauricio, our server for breakfast, was a phenomenal server and especially extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 will be back!

The property was as beautiful as the pictures. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Mauricio who brought a fun, positive energy every day. He also gave us great recommendations about the surrounding areas and in Tamarindo. We will likely return because we had such a great experience with him, the Ocho property, and all the staff.

This property is in an excellent location, offering easy access to the beach and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. However, the hotel itself could use some improvement in terms of room cleanliness and overall presentation. We did enjoy an impromptu DJ show during our stay, and would say based on our experience, it seems the property caters more to a younger, party-oriented crowd. Helpful staff, just not our vibe.

Stunning place to stay! Our room was gorgeous, staff greeted us by name and made sure we had everything we could need. The beach was a 30 second walk from our bungalow. Absolutely wish to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Unsafe hotel- management not on site at night. We were unable to communicate with anyone despite multiple attempts to express our safety concerns and left in the middle of the night. There was no support from the hotel as we tried to cancel the reservation, and finally had success with our credit card company months later. I would strongly advise you check out Jardín del Edén Boutique Hotel. We were fortunate to stay there for the remainder of our stay in Tamarindo. Best wishes to all traveling. Pura Vida!
