The property was everything I was hoping for. It was beautiful, quiet, peaceful. But what we loved most was the amazing and hospitable staff that was so friendly, and eager to make us happy at any time day or night. We really loved the uniqueness of the bungalows and appreciated the natural beauty. We did NOT want to stay in a conventional high-rise hotel - and Ocho was the perfect blend of luxury with natural beauty. Very convenient and could walk to all of the great restaurants!

Absolutely beautiful property conveniently located on the beach where boat tours depart. The location is also walking distance to restaurants, shops and nightlife. The staff is absolutely top notch! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Zula helped us plan the most amazing events!!!

The location of this property is second to none. It has an upscale yet bohemian vibe. The food was always delicious with lot's of options. Also many gluten-free choices. This was by far our favourite vacation. The staff at this location were amazing! The bartenders, wait staff, chef, concierge and cleaning staff did absolutely everything possible to make our stay so wonderful. Our room was like something out of a dream. Private and yet social when we wanted. Location was best location. Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. 100/10. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation. Stunning place to stay! Our room was gorgeous, staff greeted us by name and made sure we had everything we could need. The beach was a 30 second walk from our bungalow. Absolutely wish to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The staff was all amazing! From the ones who greeted us, to the housekeeping and wait staff. All do friendly and helpful. The area was very convenient with all necessities close. Beach is gorgeous with fantastic massage therapists near by. Accommodations were just as pictured and we LOVED our stay at the ocho:)

Our stay at this beachfront bungalow in Tamarindo was absolutely magical! 🌺 It was the perfect romantic getaway—cozy, private, and just steps from the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from our porch was unforgettable. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach with a lively, fun atmosphere just outside our door. Had the most amazing stay at Ocho Artisan Bungalows. The rooms are decorated beautifully and filled with super helpful hardworking staff who will go above and beyond for your needs. Amazing views and easy access to beach, didn't need to drive around once during our time in Tamarindo as it was in the heart of the best spots. Mauricio, our server for breakfast, was a phenomenal server and especially extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 will be back!

The property was as beautiful as the pictures. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Mauricio who brought a fun, positive energy every day. He also gave us great recommendations about the surrounding areas and in Tamarindo. We will likely return because we had such a great experience with him, the Ocho property, and all the staff.

This property is in an excellent location, offering easy access to the beach and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. However, the hotel itself could use some improvement in terms of room cleanliness and overall presentation. We did enjoy an impromptu DJ show during our stay, and would say based on our experience, it seems the property caters more to a younger, party-oriented crowd. Helpful staff, just not our vibe.

Had such a great time at this resort. The hotel was super walkable and convenient. The outdoor bathrooms were a little odd for us, but still nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
