Clean room and a small Kitchenette with everything we needed. The staff were all wonderful especially Deigan at the reception desk. Great sense of humour and big smile! The security guards were so helpful with moving beach chairs and cushions for us. The proximity to town is perfect. Far enough away from the noise but only a 7 minute walk. It’s not luxury by any means but is a very functional safe and cozy spot for a reasonable price!

We had an amazing stay at The Coast Hotel. The staff were honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced at any resort — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made the entire trip feel effortless and welcoming. The beach was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing or taking a walk. The location is also great — just a quick ten-minute walk into town, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Overall, The Coast Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and safe holiday.

Fab staff and ultra clean room! Super location with easy walks to restaurants via the main road or the beach! Bonus was an-across the street resto called Sofia which gave 10% deduction to a past Hotel guests and @Sofia was magnificent!! Thanks for a lovely stay!

I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my stay here. My room was much larger than expected and very clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and as a solo traveler, this made me feel safe. My room was right outside the pool and I loved having the flexibility to sit at the pool or the beach which is only a few steps away! I appreciated that the staff happily carried a beach chair for me to sit directly on the beach as opposed to the shady private area for hotel guests. I loved waking up every morning to complimentary breakfast delivered to my door. I do wish there were more options on the menu but was very appreciative that this was provided. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget friendly place to stay!

The loacation is great .. being a 10 min walk from the really noisy and busy area. Rooms were clean. Pool, beach area nicely kept. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice to have breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Shout out to Deijan for his friendliness. If we return to Tamarindo .. we would definately stay here again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at The Coast and once again it was incredible. After a long day of travel, the front desk staff were genuinely happy to see that we had arrived and had everything ready for a speedy check in. The entire staff was very friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. We personally love that this is a smaller hotel, and all the tenants were nice and respected quite times. You just can’t beat the ocean view from the property. We recommend The Coast to all our friends!

Estamos muy contentos de habernos hospedado en The Coast. La ubicación es extraordinaria, a minutos de distancia caminando del centro y con excelentes restaurantes muy cerca. La habitacion muy limpia y práctica con la cocineta incluida. Siempre olía muy bien después de la limpieza diaria. El personal es el mejor, siempre muy atentos y con una sonrisa, siempre procurando hacernos pasar la mejor experiencia. Yes but there was sand crabs and a Gecko in our room and we asked for our breakfast to be delivered at 7:00 am on our last day so we could catch our flight back to the states and I had to call the front desk to ask for it after it was an hour late

Très bien situé, juste en face de la plage et dans la section surf!! L’hôtel offre des planches de surf et des cours avec un moniteur au besoin. La piscine était chaude et les chaises confortables. La chambre était propre et grande avec une cuisine bien équipée. C’était vraiment parfait!
