「I wish I could truly put into words how amazing this place is! Dan and his pups were the perfect hosts!! My fiancée and I came in on Christmas Eve of all days and he went out of his way to make sure we knew where to stop since we were coming in late and was there to greet us. Dan is an amazing guy and we even made sure to take him out for a New Years Eve dinner downstairs at Cuckoo’s Nest just to try and show our appreciation (highly recommend the restaurant and some time with Dan- incredible...

「We had a wonderful time at Pacifico. The view from this apartment is incredible. Looking right out to ocean and every night the sunset. The pools there are spectacular and so relaxing. The apartment does have a lot of stairs to go up for 4th floor top, but now we got a good workout.」

"We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine, totally what one could expect but still it was horrible. The dinner menu was very delectable, especially the traditional Costa Rican menu, the soup was delicious and it was a great meal. But don’t get me started on the staff at the buffet, the receptionist was really friendly, the waitresses too, they did their duties greatly. Some of the cooks had a bad attitude, they were dry, rude, serious. We were trying to reserve the sushi restaurant for a whole entire day, we tried to contact staff to help us reserve but they always told us that we needed to talk with the woman there. Still she was never there, we arrive there when she was supposed to be there and she still wasn’t there. When we arrived to the sushi restaurant, the food was salty and very hard to swallow. The customer service was awful in some parts of the hotel, some were nice but some weren’t even welcoming. This all-inclusive hotel isn’t worth coming from, we would never come back here ever again!"
