「The rooms were very comfortable (best sleep we had on our trip to Costa Rica) and we loved the pool, the beach, the sunsets, and the star gazing at night. We were there with our family. It is a bit remote so good idea to bring games and snacks if traveling with kids. The restaurant on the premise is expensive but serves creative dishes by a Michelin star chef using local ingredients.」

「The Sunset Shack was fantastic for our family trip to Nosara. The beach is super close, and the town is very cute. We were right in the middle of it all. Monkeys in the mango trees on the property in the morning, and iguanas roaming all day. The food, the staff, and the hotel itself were all 5 stars! We would love to return to Nosara, and would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Sunset Shack!」

「This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE.」

「Love the place, the pool was lovely and mostly quiet plenty of sitting available. The room was clean and well stocked with a full fridge, dishes everything you’d need. They don’t supply paper towels or dish soap so would want to get that before heading to the area. There is a tiny store but it’s not very equipped. Also you’re in jungle wooden area lot of bugs ants mostly take bug killer. Staff excellent and helpful. You are not on the beach but you have private access to it just across the way....

「Rolando and Audrey (at the front desk) were amazing! They helped arrange our transportation from the airport (both ways) but also arranged a shuttle to see friends over an hour away. They also arranged our surf lesson with Luis and we had THE BEST TIME. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great and had a “fire show” on the beach. We stayed in the Supreme room and the beds were great, it was super clean. We heard music from somewhere down the street until late, but it didn’t bother us. The...
