「There is a lot to do at this resort. Our room was clean, fine/basic, with no air conditioning. It included a good breakfast and hot springs. There were many restaurants on the property, but only two were open. Mirador, which had a beautiful view and plenty of seating. It had good food, but was expensive. The other restaurant was a $30 buffet. The resort is in a remote location, so there are no other dining options within an hour. There are many fun activities to do at a cost. It's cheaper...

「This is such an amazing resort. Beautiful property and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in both the bungalows and the villas and they are both very nice. The natural sauna and hot springs are delightful. We love sitting on the patio area of the restaurant with a beautiful view. The restaurant staff is always very nice and attentive and the kindness of Diego and Mariana to remember my friend’s birthday and set a special table for our dinner was exceptional. This resort has all the activities on site....

「The office closes at 6 P.M. and we got there later in the evening and we had trouble getting a room. Expedia should coordinate with their client hotels that they will be open .」

「Andy at the front desk was kind, professional, and found my sunglasses when I had misplaced them. I would highly recommend staying at this property when flying in to Liberia. The rooms were clean.」

「We needed a place to stay after flying in and before driving to La Fortuna the next day but wanted something more authentic/local than the American chains. This place suited our needs. It really is a little oasis in the middle of a pretty run down block on the edge of Liberia. The barbed wire and high fence surrounding the property shocked us a bit, but the rooms all face inwards around a beautiful garden and lovely pool, patio, and hot tub. We felt secure because of the fence and gated parking....

「There was no room when I arrived. Staff put an old mattress and used linens into a random room that looked like someone had been living there. Door didn’t lock. Then all staff left and locked me in. Left property due to safety and cleanliness concerns. Staff were nice but cannot recommend this place.」

「The staff was amazingly friendly, the food was wonderful and the only problem was in the steep climb to our room! A staff member took my bag to the room for me so all I had to do was get up there myself (luckily) I am sure younger people would not have a problem.」

「La route pour se rendre à l’hotel est terrible et dangereuse, il y a des trous énormes… Les chambres sont rustiques mais suffisantes. L’aménagement exterieur est magnifique, sources thermales, piscines et belle vegetation. Le restaurant est assez ordinaires pour le prix, beaucoup de nos plats étaient trop cuit ou brûlée. Pour conclure, à part les piscines naturelles , ça ne vaut pas le détour.」

「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,...
