The atmosphere on the property was very peaceful and relaxing. However, there were obvious gaps around the doors which allowed insects into the room and we came home with numerous bug bites.

Wonderful place, warm, relaxed & inviting. Kelly at reception was so friendly & accommodating & the hotel has such a chill & relaxing vibe. Beautiful pool courtyard, with patios on each room with view of the pool. Fabulous location, a block from the beach. 100% recommend!!

Rent a car and visit as much as you can. Driving is easy but you do need to watch for bikes, walkers, cows, etc. The paved roads are wonderful and the gravel roads need work but just drive slower and more cautiously and you will be fine.
