「The place was absolutely amazing. The renovation and attention to detail were exceptional, creating a modern, spotless, and very comfortable atmosphere. The location was simply perfect — everything was conveniently nearby, and it truly could not have been better. The host was very professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. 「Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. The 2nd story balcony had a view of the ocean. The pool was beautiful. The condo was laid out wonderfully and fully stocked. It was a quick 3 minute convenient walk to the beach and Playa Flamingo is astounding. Clear and wonderful to swim in, ride waves or just enjoy a beautiful sunset.」

「Very nice residence with lots of space for five persons. Except for our food we didn’t need to purchase anything. Most of what we needed for a week was available. The area was quiet at night. We had a good sleep every day. There was a clogging issue with the sink in the washroom leading to the Master bedroom. I reported it the second day but the repair did not occur. Overall we had a pleasant week. 」

「Very nice condo at ground level with access to the ocean just steps away. Was very clean on arrival and had a security officer there (who was awesome by the way) 24/7. We had some little crabs sneak in on a couple days but not an issue to sweep them up and put them back outside. Would recommend to friends to stay.」

"We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine, totally what one could expect but still it was horrible. The dinner menu was very delectable, especially the traditional Costa Rican menu, the soup was delicious and it was a great meal. But don’t get me started on the staff at the buffet, the receptionist was really friendly, the waitresses too, they did their duties greatly. Some of the cooks had a bad attitude, they were dry, rude, serious. We were trying to reserve the sushi restaurant for a whole entire day, we tried to contact staff to help us reserve but they always told us that we needed to talk with the woman there. Still she was never there, we arrive there when she was supposed to be there and she still wasn’t there. When we arrived to the sushi restaurant, the food was salty and very hard to swallow. The customer service was awful in some parts of the hotel, some were nice but some weren’t even welcoming. This all-inclusive hotel isn’t worth coming from, we would never come back here ever again!"
