「The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The hallways look a little rough. When I asked for a hairdryer, they told me to come get it. When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. 「Muy lindo hotel y super bien ubicado. Lo que está super mal es que el agua de las regaderas cambia de temperatura sola, de frío helado a calor quemante TODO el tiempo, no se sitúa en donde la colocas. Muy incómodo. Por otro lado, la tele tiene pocos canales y pésimos!!!! y no se pueden poner tus plataformas . Staff super increíble y las instalaciones muy bien. Los ameniries (shampoo, bodywash y acondicionador) bastante malitos, lleva los tuyos」

「Very nice rooms and well located. Areas of improvement could be 1) better tv channels, no us channels, very little in English -add Fox News. 2) bathroom has no door, more privacy exiting shower, 3) ice machines and laundry 4) beds are shorter than us standard 5) adding microwave would be nice 」

「This is the second time staying at this hotel and it has been great. Staff members from restaurants are great and attentive. We have an issue with the room leaking water from ceiling fire sprinkler that was fixed the same day. Also we wanted to do a late check out to enjoy a little longer this hotel but they said they were booked and it was not possible and that was a real disappointment for my little ones. Other than that it was a really pleasant time staying here.」
