「The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and dripping water. The room smelled of latex paint and we had to change rooms and hotels the next day.」

「This was an amazing stay. Surprisingly so I seem to be one of only about five or six guests. For it to be a spacious resort I was very shocked of that, but maybe it was an off-season for them. From the hospitality, the staff, the location, the transportation services at the front desk that you could add, the swim up sweet pool, the restaurants in the food I give this place five stars! I’m surprised they were not booked to capacity and that it was so inexpensive. I would return! I also was a solo...

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
