Beach is raised up and then steps down into the ocean but the water is so calm there and no seaweed. Lifeguard on duty and snorkeling right there. 「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. 「We were on the first floor with the pool outside our door. The pool isn’t heated and it was too cold to go in. The room itself was not cleaned well before we entered. There were brown drip marks on the ground, the sink drain was misplaced, the shower was an open shower and every time we showered the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water, there was splatter marks on the walls, the lamps had broken twine on top, and the lights only worked half the time. 」

「This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed good wifi, tv and AC, and easy access to the pool (we had a pool view room with private pool, so we were on the main floor). The staff were all very nice and accommodating, as well. I would note, however, that there were limited cooking supplies (we had to request cutlery and pans, there are no cutting boards, other kitchen tools, or dish towels, etc.). You're also only given one bath towel and one swim...
