「Staff was great and the Resort was very nice. The shower flooded the bathroom area and the sensor lights under the bed did not go out.」

As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「Read all the reviews. Don’t book here expecting a resort experience. We booked a single night last minute bc it was near the airport. The room was renovated and clean, but the entire hotel was empty and strange, and the bars & pools were vacant. Only one bar near the lobby and the others were shuttered. Maybe 8 other guests on the property. There’s a bit of a sand beach on the lagoon - it’s not the ocean beach you might be expecting. It’s fine for a single night but not a vacation spot. 」

However, it is significantly overpriced for what you actually get. The rooms and overall standard don’t align with the cost, especially compared to other options in Cancún. 「They only have sheets in the bed and are not very clean sheets. One towel per person. No phone in yhe room. The only thing worth it, is the food and drinks, both were excellent. Micaela in reception was great. Also the personnel in yhe restaurants. Its definitely a 2 starts hotel. 」
