「Great stay all the way around. By far the best all inclusive in Cancun. Really enjoyed the live music at the pool, lobby, and cavo bar. 「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me...

「Over all great experience. As we did not get all inclusive for this condo in the resort, it’s definitely worth it if you’re going to Cancun to explore and do activities and not stay at the resort 24/7. Spacious room and very clean.」
