"Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and service at the restaurants. Excellent service at the bars. Resort was very clean but definitely had some areas that seem worn from wear and tear. More poolside loungers and umbrellas are needed to better meet demand. Didn't seem like the children's pool area got a lot of use while we were there. Everyone congregated at the main pool. Could also use more umbrellas among the beach loungers."

"This is the only place we will stay in Cancun. It has everything you need and the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are clean and everything smells amazing. There is live music every night and the music by the pool changes throughout the week. The food is perfect and there is a wide variety to choose from. I could not recommend this place more!"

"Upon arriving, a welcoming staff greeted us and got us into our room even though we were a bit early. Rooms were modern and clean. The fridge was stocked daily with refreshments making our time there even more comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets are worth it. The dinner menu changed each day offering a new selection of tasty bites. During our stay, on different nights, a mariachi band and a saxophone player performed live in the dining room. Maintenance responded quickly to issues we had regarding our bathroom, tv remote, and door lock. We could have stayed at the beach all day. It was just a few steps away from the resort. Truly a wonderful getaway if you’re looking for a boutique resort with everything you need in one place"

"I stayed for 4 days. The elevators are horrible. They take forever to come and sometimes they skip floors. They say it can hold 15 people but it can’t fit more than 6-7 people. The food options were not great as well. You have to pay for a lot of upgrades."

"We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay here! Counting down the days until we can return. The service was phenomenal, and the room and all amenities (gym, sauna, steam room, spa) were perfection. Best pool and super clean and quiet beach. They even had less seaweed than the other beaches we had gone to throughout our trip. The food was spectacular and much better than the typical resort food. They also had a complete schedule of fun activities for kids and adults that gave it a nice resort experience instead of just a hotel room. Plus it has that incredible Westin scent in the lobby. 10/10 experience!!"
