Property was located at a perfect place if you like food and entertainment and do not want to drive for those. Lively specially in the after noon, the staff was curious and ready to help if you need some. I do recommend for a stay with out a car

Staff is 5 stars Everybody friendly and willing to help But the bedrooms are extremely dated, old mattress ,furniture is like travel back in tine to the 80s Is mandatory a full renovation,only lobby looks fine

The hotel was nice and in a good location, the room was a bit small but still met our needs, the a/c worked but you need to give it a good 30 mins before it cools off. The pool was really nice and the staff was very helpful, we didn’t have a refrigerator at first but they brought one up to our room, the food was really good in the hotel restaurant, staff were very polite and accommodating!

Nice spacious room and very clean. Quiet at night but noisy during the day. If you want to use the coffee maker in your room you to buy each the coffee from the maids...just saying. AC functions well. Lovely pool which is open until 11PM but during day time there is no shade.

After a long flight and drive from Cancun airport, we were so happy to arrive! The check-in was super easy and fast. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had brunch the next morning in the restaurant in the lobby. José our server was fabulous! The food did not disappoint either. Everthing about our stay was too notch.

Really big room with a kitchen area. Massive bed which was really comfortable. Very clean throughout. Good, clean bathroom. Great air conditioning and safe box. Only downside was a bit of noise from a local karaoke bar in the evening (Saturday), but it finished around 11 ish so wasn’t a problem. Nice pool area. Great location, walkable to just about everywhere - bus station was furthest away and that was less than 20 mins away. A Uber to the airport was really good value (100$ MXN). Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
