"Amazing resort and incredible staff!"

"I had an accident my first day of my trip in the bathroom of the room, slipped and fell , they do have a glass in the bathroom so be extra careful it gets very slippery, all the staff me treated me very good with their emergency kit and cleaned me every day making sure my injuries were protected while I was in vacation. Eliel is a staff that I would highly say thank you for being so present helping me with my health at the time. All the staff are very nice in the Hotel and you can easily walk to the clubs area! It’s very convenient! Very recommended 👍"

"The food at the à la carte restaurants was quite good, but the buffet could be improved, as the food was often served cold. It would be beneficial to add more warmers to keep the dishes at a proper temperature."
